What is the difference between AdPilot and Sidekick?
AdPilot is a conversational workspace for creating, monitoring, and improving paid campaigns. Sidekick supports agency and enterprise media operations, including media-document processing, campaign activation, and custom workflows.
Which advertising platforms does Stellair support?
AdPilot connects Meta, Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads, and Universal Ads. Sidekick supports a broader set of media operations integrations, including DV360, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs. Available actions vary by platform and your account access.
Who controls launches and changes to my budget?
You do. AdPilot prepares actions for review and requires your approval before applying changes. New campaign creation and activation are separate steps where supported. You can inspect the proposed budget and targeting before approving.
Can I use my existing creative assets?
Yes. You can bring a creative package with your images, videos, and campaign copy. Stellair helps connect the assets to the campaign plan and review them before launch.
Can I speak to AdPilot?
Yes. AdPilot supports campaign conversations through text and voice, with WhatsApp support for connected workspaces. Ask about performance, prepare a new campaign, or review optimization suggestions.
Is media spend included in the price?
No. Stellair subscription and service fees are separate from media spend. The advertising platform bills your ad account directly. Sidekick packages and their limits are listed on our pricing page; contact us for AdPilot and custom requirements.
Do I need to install anything?
AdPilot and Sidekick run in your browser. Sign in from your computer to use the workspace. You can also add the website to your desktop from a supported browser.
